Although it is notoriously difficult to predict the weather around the Bansko mountain, there are some annual patterns.

The temperature drops in November and the snow starts to fall, this continues through December with a further drop in January, when temperatures can be as low as -25 on some days.

While still cold in February, we start to see a few more sunny days until we reach March, when Bansko has its annual 'mini Winter'.

This cold spell and more snow falls ensures a good cover until the end of the season in mid-April.
