A NOTE FROM THE CHEF

I have been lucky enough to study and work around the world, beginning my apprenticeship in Horizons 5 star resort in Australia. This experience has enabled me to bring a truly gastronomic encounter to the Rozov dining table; blending outstanding dishes from around the world with the finest local cuts, which is often the reason that many of our guests return!

  • A wholesome breakfast is essential for a day on the slopes, we offer cereals, porridge, eggs, fresh bread & preserves, tea, coffee and juice.
  • Be welcomed back to the chalet by a diet defying afternoon tea consisting of hot drinks, bread & preserves and a tempting freshly baked cake.
  • Enjoy 4 course evening meals accompanied by complimentary wines, beer and soft drinks by the open log fire. Click here for our sample menus.
  • I cater for vegetarian and any other dietary requirements, with prior notice.
  • The Bulgarian Banquet; one evening of the week I will introduce you to some of the local specialities, created with my personal interpretation.
  • We will happily recommend and book a local restaurant for you on our days off, when a continental breakfast and afternoon tea will be left out for you to help yourselves.
